Upon completion, Score provides a 0-10 score indicating overall HR health, subscores for each element of HR, and a prioritized roadmap of items that companies should address to maximize ROI and minimize risk. Score currently has several different variations across 1) areas that require constant attention (Payroll Compliance, HR Compliance, Strategic HR), 2) issues that require deeper attention (Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation), and 3) one-off events (Diligence Readiness, RIF Readiness, RIF Execution).
