HRHotSeat

The HRHotSeat inclusive mastermind community brings together current/aspiring HR professionals, those who serve HR professionals, and others invested in the Human Resources discipline to tackle common challenges, expand networks, and grow both personally and professionally. Select event attendees volunteer to sit in the "hot seat," soliciting peer-focused advice on HR-related challenges currently being faced in their work or job search. Topics of conversation cover all facets of Human Resources and the employee life cycle. Special effort is made to reinforce the immediate applicability of lessons learned. Additional time is spent celebrating personal and professional successes, networking, and connecting attendees with the inspiration, support, and resources to do their very best work. All events (including virtual and in person) are free of charge.

As community partners, HRHotSeat and Fractional People People link arms in service of their respective members. Driven by a spirit of growth and abundance, the two communities value collaboration over competition.
