Justworks is a top PEO for early-stage companies

Justworks' distinctive is their service. While the platform is not a full HRIS, and a lot less is tech-based or automated, it means most things are supported by a real human who hops on the phone to support a termination, a benefits plan design, or help you set up a new entity. The quality of the support from experts in their craft is the highest of the PEOs with which I work. They have solid Aetna EPO plans that often offer meaningful savings for small companies under 100.
