Our 10-week Mastermind, is a blend of 10 group and 121 coaching sessions. Designed to help consultants and fractional HRs and business owners in the HR space to:

How to then maintain clients whilst increasing fees with confidence.
Systems and processes that will help to grow and scale businesses with templates to use immediately.

The outcome is a razor focus plan with clear and easy to use actionable steps to help any HR or Fractional CHRO to build a successful business on their terms.
Investment:
The usual investment (from 2025 onwards) will be $5,500. This is discounted to $5,000 to Fractional People People members throughout the 4 cohorts we will be running next year.
